The voluntary charter

Corsairfly was one of the first airlines to sign a voluntary charter with the government, under which Corsairfly is committed to facilitating contact between families in mainland France and the overseas departments
Corsairfly has consequently committed itself in writing to reserving a significant number of seats at the lowest possible prices, even in the summer season!
Among its other commitments, Corsairfly also simplifies the daily life of families thanks to its generous and innovative luggage policy. Corsairfly's support for families also extends to more difficult periods, such as a bereavement. Corsairfly offers a special price between the French mainland and the Antilles, Réunion and Mayotte to make traveling easier, valid all year round with no exclusion period. This price is only available from airport sales desks or Corsairfly agencies.

The large family discount card

The sky is the limit for large families too! Corsairfly has become the leading airline partner for the large family discount card scheme ('carte famille nombreuse'), enabling large families to benefit from a 15% reduction off the ex-tax prices of your tickets.

This reduction applies to all Corsairfly destinations, during all travel periods, regardless of whether the family members travel together or separately.

Combined benefits

If you're also a member of the A2f loyalty program, your benefits can be combined: once the "large family" reduction has been deducted from your ticket prices, 10% of the sum paid is credited to your A2f account (please see the general terms and conditions for the program on the A2f website)

Applicable conditions for the offer

This offer applies to all regular destinations proposed by Corsairfly (excluding flights operated by partner airlines).
Any person possessing a large family discount card can claim this reduction with no limitations on the transport period, regardless of whether the family travels separately or together.

This offer may not be combined with promotional prices or with the specific reductions already proposed by Corsairfly.

Special services for babies (from 0 to 23 months old)

A baby must always be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18 / maximum of 1 baby per adult).

When traveling with a baby, special care and attention is required. Download our special guide : Traveling with your baby.
We do everything possible to ensure that our youngest passengers and their parents enjoy a comfortable and pleasant trip.

Reserving a skycot

Corsairfly can supply skycots free of charge for babies traveling on its flights.
Please Note! The provision of a skycot is not automatic. As these are very much in demand, we strongly advise that you reserve your skycot when you purchase your ticket. You will receive a reply within 48 hours. To consult our contact page click here.

Traveling with your pushchair

Pushchairs can travel free of charge. You should mention if you have a pushchair at the time you check in, to ensure that it is properly labeled in the same way as a suitcase. However, to ensure maximum comfort for baby and for parents, you can keep your pushchair with you up until you board the aircraft, at which point it will be placed in the hold by our staff. Upon arrival, your pushchair will be placed on the luggage conveyor before the standard luggage items.

Planning baby's meals

Each baby's needs are different. This is why we allow you to carry on-board everything you need for your baby during the flight (meals, nappies, baby bottles, other care items, etc). Our cabin crew will be happy to heat up bottles and baby food for you.

A gift you'll really appreciate: the Baby Pack.

If you're traveling with a baby aged under 2 years on a Corsairfly flight, a Baby Pack will be offered to you when you take your seat. You can use this as you wish, and naturally you can also take advantage of the other services already proposed (skycot, changing table, bottle warmer, etc).

Provided free of charge by Corsairfly, this gift does not replace a meal.
It contains 1 bottle of water, 2 jars of baby food (savory & sweet), 1 small heat sensitive spoon, 1 packet of wipes, 1 bib, 1 milk measure, 1 soft toy
(subject to availability).

Traveling with a child

At the airport

Priority check-in! If you are traveling with a child aged from 0 to 4 years old, you can take advantage of the priority lane for check-in and keep your pushchair with you right up to when you board of the aircraft. Upon arrival it will be placed on the luggage conveyor before the standard luggage items.

If you are fortunate enough to be traveling during the school holidays, the airline offers all children traveling on its flights a range of entertainment after check-in: clowns, magicians, balloon sculptors and activity organisers are on hand, including in the departure lounge, in a special Corsairfly area devoted to magic and dance. Children can have fun while they wait for their flight (activities proposed in the main airports). In all cases, to ensure that peak travel periods are not a source of stress and annoyance, assistance staff are on hand to help you check-in, board and disembark in total safety.

On board

On-screen entertainment: portable multimedia players are available for rental, guaranteed to delight both young and old alike. Enjoy your flight time with a varied program of films, series, games and entertainment suitable for all viewers.

Putting children first: for the kids, in addition to a selection of games suited to their ages, a range of films, cartoons, magazines and a special audio channel are available for them onboard.

Your first flight: if this is your first flight, ask our cabin crew for your Corsairfly Flight Diploma signed by the plane's captain.

A warm welcome for "child travelers"

Corsairfly has introduced a number of procedures to ensure that unaccompanied minors (UM) can travel safely and with total peace of mind.

Tailored support according to the child's age

Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to travel alone. They must be accompanied by an independent and able-bodied adult.

All children aged between 4 and 11 years old (inclusive) are considered by the airline to be UMs.

At the request of parents, children aged between 12 and 14 can be treated as UMs subject to the UM sales conditions.

Over the age of 14, teenagers are identified as "young passengers" at check-in and are supervised by the cabin crew or the airport staff in the event of any operating problems.

Special feature: as a UM, your child may take a dog or cat with them in the cabin on condition that the animal is in a regulatory, firmly secured carry case. The animal must remain in its carry case throughout the flight.

At check-in

The person accompanying your child to check-in must complete a waiver of liability form, on which he/she should indicate his/her name, address and telephone number in addition to the contact details for the person who will be coming to collect the UM at arrival, (the same procedure applies for the return flight). The accompanying person must remain at the airport until the aircraft has taken off.

During check-in, each UM will be issued with:

• A backpack, on the front of which will be placed their ticket, the official waiver and all official documents required by the authorities.
• A cap, to help identify them during stopovers,
• A special luggage label to identify their luggage,
• A cardboard flag enabling the crew to identify their location and status on board.

At the time of boarding

A Corsairfly staff member accompanies your child throughout the customs, police and security procedures. Your child will then be among the first people to board the aircraft, where they will be introduced to the senior cabin crew member who will look after them for the rest of the flight.

during the flight

Our cabin crew pay particular attention to children traveling as UMs to ensure that their flight is an unforgettable experience!
The reception and supervision of your child is based on a well-rehearsed system applied to the letter by everyone involved:

• Your child is led to their seat by our cabin crew.
• The cardboard flag is placed above their seat in order to enable our cabin crew to quickly identify them as a UM.
• A few minutes after takeoff, your child will be among the first passengers to be served a hot meal.
• Upon departure from each of our stopovers, a hot meal specially designed for children's tastes is served, accompanied by a cereal bar, dried fruit, a dairy product and a cup of water.
• To ensure that time flies during the journey, our cabin crew will provide your child with a play kit suited to their age group. A selection of children's magazines is also available onboard, covering the main interests of children aged between 4 and 11 including the Petit Corsairfly, the airline's magazine specially for children. Cartoons are also shown to ensure that the trip is enjoyable for children. What's more, during the school holidays, feature length animated films are also on the menu!

Naturally, our cabin crew will accompany your child to the toilets if required and will remain attentive and on hand to reassure them throughout the trip.

After landing

After landing, the senior member of cabin crew will put your child in the capable hands of one of our airport staff, who will accompany them through the customs and police formalities and stay with them until they are met by the person picking them up upon arrival.
Please note that our staff cannot leave your child with anyone other than the person indicated on the waiver completed at the time of departure.
If this person fails to arrive to meet your child, then he or she will be placed on the next flight back to their departure airport. The return ticket and resulting childcare costs between arrival at the destination airport and departure of their return flight (hotel, meals, transport, etc) will be borne by the child's parents or legal guardians.
