Data securement

CORSAIRFLY offers you an online payment system that is made secure by the latest technology in place and, in particular, the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data exchange protocol. The secure online payment system is the simplest and fastest way to validate your purchases of CORSAIRFLY flights.

The SSL protocol, which is based on the SSL data encryption system and accepted as standard by Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, ensures that your payment is completely secure.

At the payment stage, you may choose between several payment cards:

- Carte Bleue,
- Carte VISA,
- EUROCARD,
- MASTERCARD, or
- AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The website then switches to secure mode and sends you to an SSL-protected page. The information that you enter on this page (your bank card number and expiry date) is encrypted and is only known by the payment server that uses the SSL protocol. The server makes sure that your bank card is valid (no number error). Once the transaction has been completed, you receive confirmation of your payment which includes an identification number. The payment is made on a payment terminal.

Additional security check

A second check is performed with 3D Secure, a credit card fraud protection program created by the international issuers Visa (Verified By Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard Secure Code). This program is based on a supplementary check when an online payment is made: in addition to your banking data, you must validate your payment by entering a confidential piece of data previously provided by your bank.
